I have an aunt and she isn’t ugly nor fat at all – but why doesn’t she have a boyfriend and why did she only get married when she was closed to 49 yrs old? Yes – my aunt only got married at 49 – very strange for someone who is not bad looking and comes from a good background right? And how did she find the love of her life? Well, initially – she blames it on having to look after my grandfather – so she wasn’t able to get involved with a man – or someone that my grandfather would approved – but she did eventually get married to someone who doesn’t know how to even read in English and for someone who finished her college really strange right? So why did she married beneath her? and is she happy? I guess so – and at 49 for a Asian – she should consider herself lucky?

Well, if you don’t want to be like my aunt – it’s time to empower your own relationship and start to act on it. How? Most Asian thinks that when you are more than 30 years old you will not find the right person to fall in love with – and so they closed their hearts and they don’t look around for the one that is just there for them. Some are even worst – they decided that they don’t need to even put on make up when they go out of the house. Now if you are serious about finding someone to share your life with – open your heart – have faith, stay positive and have a decent outlook of your life and stop being so grumpy – the world is not against you.
Be happy with yourself first – learn to enjoy the things around you and stop mopping around the house in your PJs and activate your social network. Go out have fun with friends, whether they are boys or girls. Wear pastel color clothing, learn to smell nice, go to the dentist and have your teeth whiten or cleaned so that you have confidence when you chat up with the opposite sex. Empower your relationship now before the end of the year – find the one for you.

With a little bit of help from Feng Shui – we can all have a great Christmas. Now why won’t we have a great Christmas – I hear you asking? well – with so many parties to attend – Christmas presents to buy – and also the outlaws to take care of – it can get quite stressful and messy. And when one is stressed – we start screaming at each other and some even might curse their friends, siblings or partners. But it doesn’t have to be this way – with a little bit of feng shui – I’m pretty sure – we can all have a great Christmas.
Colors for Christmas – bringing the Fire into your home – also needs to have some sort of balance – and by using some blue – you can balance the Fire – to bring joy to the home – and then using blue colors to bring calm to the season.
By placing your Christmas Tree at the right position of your home – you can bring in health and love in the East, Money and Abundance in the Southeast and Fame and Reputation at the South Corner. Use candles to bring in the energy in your home.
And my favorite advise to everyone is to use essential oil to bring in fragrance to your home – to bring in the good mood and cheer in your home. It is said that using essential oil is great for feng shui in your home. And lastly – some poinsettias are great Christmas plants for your home this Christmas and remembering that using feng shui for healing and bringing in energy for Christmas is to bring love to the home.

As 2011 is coming to an end soon – you must be wondering what you should do to end the year well right? I too wonder about it – a lot during the past few days – so I did a little research and found that I can make preparation to welcome another new year.
I hear that one of the important things to do – is to clear out your refrigerator of old stuff and stock up the fridge for the new year – a symbol for abundance I think – and doing away with the old. And since it’s the new year you are welcoming – a good cleaning of the entire house is a very good year to start positively – make sense right?
I also see a lot of fun things you can do to welcome the new year. From buying a new plant to a new wallet – and have some money in your wallet of course – and then you can start doing the laundry, clean out the refrigerator and dust of the dust every where in your home. They say to invite a toad to your home too – or use figurine if you don’t like the real toad. And of course, don’t forget the bathroom – clean that room too. And most important celebrate ! celebration brings in the joyous spirit and when you bring joy into your home – how can the good luck not follow right?

I would love to buy one of this trees to be put at home. It is said that the Honey Calcite tree is used to enhance psychic abilities and thus help you to have a high consciousness, it is said to enhance intellect and memory – great for someone like myself – who is an owner by association to the spouse’s business.
Aside from that – it is said that it’s beneficial for one’s health especially the kidney, bladder and the female organs plus menopause. Used by massage therapist as massage stones for the longest time and also great for children with bed wetting problems. The gold wire on the trunk of the tree symbolizes wealth and prosperity. So now you can understand why I want one of this Honey Calcite tree right.

Tomorrow my best friend in Malaysia will be attending Joey Yap’s class about how one can maximize your wealth potential for 2012. With the current economy and financial situation around the world – I’m sure anyone would benefit from this class. Only 50 people will be attending this class – and I really wished I was one. I want to grow my wealth too – don’t you ? no one refuses money – but of course – good feng shui doesn’t revolved around wealth alone – wealth is only one aspect of our life.

So you have a store ? and you want to have a lot of customers come into your store right? so how do one attract your customers to want to come in all the time and buy things from you? A warm and inviting store is the way to go – but most importantly – your presentation of your goods need to be inviting too. If you don’t dust your goods – and someone wants to buy it – what would they be thinking? that it is old stock and it might not work as well as the newer ones? It’s not rubbish like what my spouse thinks- because when you go get a carton of milk – wouldn’t you choose the freshest one – the one right behind the rest? I do – so therefore a warm and inviting store is important – but keeping your goods fresh and dust free is just as important.

It’s the holiday season – and it means you want to bring cheer and harmony all around your home and office – so what do one do – with feng shui to promote good holiday vibes all around – i was asked.
First of all – like any holiday – i suggest decluttering – and making the home or office clean. And then of course – you make more space for people to hang around and decorate your home and office with things you love and not because you have to decorate or because it’s the most expensive thing you can find to display.
Important thing to remember about feng shui for the holiday season is to make sure that your Christmas tree does not block your walkway – put it at a corner where it is not blocking anything but yet visible from the inside and outside.
Any gold ornaments or ribbons and red colors are good for feng shui – because it represents the yang for the festive season – so now you know what to do – so run along and feng shui for the holiday season.

I read somewhere that the outlook of your home – actually tells what kind of person lives inside the home and after looking at the pictures of the home – I can understand what the author was trying to say. I also reflected on the outlook of my own home – and decided that I should do some changes and make sure that the outside is also warm and welcoming instead of being so protective over my own property and asking people to move their cars away from my front yard – so they don’t block my view. I should also start planting some plants and have some pathway lights to the front of my home – to give it a more welcoming look. I see how people can mistaken that we are not warm people from the outlook of our home – and I certainly don’t want that. So if you find that your home looks cold and unwelcoming – make sure you start making changes now.

I find it really hard to give advice on those who wants to be property investors – because there are so many factors in the properties to look at. As you all know I’m no expert – I’m just someone who practices it – and believes that feng shui can help make our life better.
We are also looking to invest in a building lately – and since the investment is huge – we needed to consult someone about it before we embark on our adventure which may make us comfortable in life or break us. Different properties needs different kind of feng shui factor – and since we are investing for a store – we have been warned that the Xuan Kong Feng Shui affects the different stars and thus might cause the business to make or break. Every placement in the store is carefully looked at – the traffic flow of your customers coming into the store – where your cash register is – all these affect the property you are in. Very intense right? so yes – for the property investors – best to get a good feng shui master to help out – or take course for it. In the meantime, we are going to sit put – and see if I can contact Joey Yap to do an online consultation.

I`ve recently bought a e-book from Joey Yap and started reading and analyzing my own Bazi – to see how I can improve myself, my wealth and my health. And thus far – whatever I`ve read about my Bazi – is pretty spot on. Apparently, I have an obstacle in wealth – and because of my ignorance – I may get into a lot of trouble if I don`t do something about it.
Truthfully speaking I don`t like managing money – I like the spouse to do that – so I guess I cannot be so reliant on the spouse – and get my act together. I don`t think I`m the only person who possess this kind of traits because I`ve heard many woman say – how lost they are – when the spouse leave them for another woman. Therefore, if you want to overcome this obstacle – I will post the solution or suggestion in my next post.
