I had read on a feng shui blog from a pretty famous practitioner that if you have mole on your face - regardless big or small - removing it does not change your destiny.  Interesting  ! because I’ve known people who have had their moles removed just because they are told that it brings back luck.  The Chinese believes that the moles on your face tells a story and my kid has one on her face too - i had always wondered to myself what it meant and apparently if i read correctly - it means good fortune at a young age - but she has gotta be careful during old age - because the face reading claimed that if she doesn’t safe guard her good fortune - she would lose it when she gets older.  Now if you have lots of mole or acne on your face - that doesn’t count - best to get the  best acne treatments and find out which are your real moles before going for a reading.  Tell you more after I’ve read what each number means.
