My buddy’s mother in law from china gave him one of this Little Jade Scepter Tassel and he was wondering what it meant.  So he quickly emailed me.. and asked me all about it .. and if his mother in law was trying to turn him into a enunch since she didn’t really liked the idea of her daughter marrying him.
