We Chinese believe that you have to make sure that the dates you choose for moving .. or having a wedding or anything important .. has got to be carefully chosen.  Otherwise, disaster may befall on you.  I wonder if the New Yorkers and the movers New York choose an auspicious date when moving too..?? as not many westerners believe in feng shui.
